Terms and Conditions

  1. By enjoy the benefits at Peony Chinese Restaurant as a FWC Elite Members, you acknowledge that this promotion is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Your reservation indicates that you have read, comprehended, and consented to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. A valid physical or digital Fortune Wings Card must be presented as verification upon arrival Peony Chinese Restaurant to redeem the offer.
  3. The offers are subject to a 10% service charge based on the original price.
  4. The offers are not applicable to all alcoholic beverages.
  5. The offers cannot be redeemed for cash, other products or used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, special offers and Fortune Wings Club Members’ privileges.
  6. The offers are subject to the availability of Peony Chinese Restaurant, and cannot be used on general holidays of the Hong Kong SAR, as well as festive days, the eve of festive days, and other dates designated by Peony Chinese Restaurant (“blackout dates”).

  8. Hong Kong Airlines and Peony Chinese Restaurant reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  9. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  10. In case of any dispute of this promotion, the decision of Peony Chinese Restaurant shall be final and conclusive. Hong Kong Airlines is not liable for any responsibility.
  11. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any third-party rights or benefits. 
  12. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
