Eligibility and Gift Redemption Process

Step 1

 

To redeem the gift, please email the following information to mktcampaign@hkairlines.com for verification:

  1. The name of the passenger  (Children's names filled in by parents.)
  2. Electronic proof of the passenger's electronic ticket for each flight departing from Hong Kong**

**A，B must be the same passenger.

Step 2

Upon receiving your information, we will reply via email within 14 days and provide a Gift Redemption Form. The redeemer must complete the form and email the recipient address and contact no. within 7 days. The email address provided in the form must match the one sent in STEP 1.

Step 3

 

Upon receiving the Gift Redemption Form, we will conduct a review within 21 days. Once the information is verified to be complete and accurate, the gift will be mailed to the address you provided via courier (Freight Collect).

Remarks：
1. The gifts will be updated irregularly. If the selected gift is out of stock, it will be replaced with another gift from the aforementioned list without further notice.

2. By submitting the information to redeem the gift, you agree your participation in the “Flight Rewards Programme”.

** After verifying the winner's information, Hong Kong Airlines will contact the winner via email to arrange a visit time. The winner may bring up to three guests (including their parents),

  • 1.This Programme is subject to these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). By participating in this Programme, you (or your parents/guardian) shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by T&C.

    2.This Programme is only available for Fortune Wings Club (FWC) members.

    3.This Programme is valid from 28/11/2025 to 27/05/2027. Redemption period is 28/11/2025 to 27/05/2027.

    4.This Programme is valid only for children aged 3 to 11 years old (“Child Passenger”) and those senior aged 60 or above (“Senior Passenger”) during the travel dates.

    5.Upon completion of 2 or more round-trips of Hong Kong Airlines’ flights, Child Passenger or Senior Passenger is eligible to redeem a gift on every subsequent round-trip. A round-trip segment (departing from Hong Kong) counts as one flight. Only applicable to flights marketed and operated by Hong Kong Airlines, and not applicable to special flights, charter flights, 6.connecting flights or code-share flights. Details of the prizes should be referred to promotional materials.

    7.By submitting the information to redeem the gift, you agree to participate in the Programme.

    8.To redeem the gift, please email the following information to mktcampaign@hkairlines.com for verification:-

    1. the name of the passenger in Chinese and English; and
    2. Electronic proof of the passenger's electronic ticket for each flight departing from Hong Kong.

     Please note: Items (i) and (ii) must be the same Child Passenger or Senior Passenger.

    9.Upon verification, Hong Kong Airlines will send the gift redemption form to the eligible applicant. Please ensure that the email address provided in the form must be consistent with the email address provided.

    10.Prizes are available for redemption on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Prizes may vary from time to time without prior notice. Hong Kong Airlines reserve the right to replace the prize with any alternative gift without prior notice.

    12.The prize is non-replaceable and non-recoverable in the event of any loss, damage, or destruction. Hong Kong Airlines shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the delivery process.

    13.The Grand Prize is subject to availability, and shall be on a first-come, first-served basis while stock last. Child Passenger or Senior Passenger shall be responsible for all applicable fuel surcharges, airport taxes, and administrative fees; and subject to fare rules and Hong Kong Airline’s General Conditions of Carriage.

    14.The prize or alternative prize (where applicable) offered under this Programme cannot be redeemed to cash.

    15.Use of the prize (or any alternative prize) is subject to that suppliers’ terms and conditions. Hong Kong Airlines is not responsible for and shall have no liability in respect of the quality of goods and services provided by the suppliers of the prize (or any alternative prize) in this Programme.

    16.Hong Kong Airlines will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to any error or omission due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.

    17.It is the eligible applicant’s responsibility to comply (at their own expense) with any laws requiring payment of any tax, duty, levy or similar impost relating to the granting of the prize, and Hong Kong Airlines shall have no responsibility in respect of it.

    18.Hong Kong Airlines will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to any error or omission due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.

    19.The information you provided is subject to Hong Kong Airlines’ Privacy Policy. By participating in this Programme, you shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by it.

    20.Employees of Hong Kong Airlines and their family members are not eligible to participate in this program to ensure fairness.

    21.Hong Kong Airlines reserves the right to amend, modify, change, suspend, or terminate the content of this Programme at any time without liability.

    22.If there is any conflict between the information contained in the promotional materials and these T&Cs, these T&Cs shall prevail.

    23.If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of the T&Cs, the English version shall prevail.

    24.In the event of any dispute regarding any of these T&C, the decision of Hong Kong Airlines shall be final.

    25.These T&C shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
